Customer Service is Number One: to borrow the phrase from the Burger King Corporation, special orders won’t upset us! When a customer approaches us with a special request, we rise to the challenge. We truly go above and beyond the call of duty to make our customers feel satisfied and coming back in our door.

Like the famed bar Cheers, Cassidy Cleaners is a place where everyone knows your name! Not only are our customers greeted by name when they enter the cleaners, but our staff knows what special care each of our customer’s requests. Our computer invoicing and garment tagging system ensure order accuracy every time so you can feel secure you are getting all of your clothes back with each order. Each garment we clean is inspected at least three times before being bagged and returned to the customers. We catch and clean stains that even the customers didn’t catch; we replace missing buttons and mend ripped seams and hems.

If a customer is not 100% satisfied with a finished product, we will gladly re-clean the product – with a smile!

Your orders are not just pieces of garments to us. We treat your clothing as carefully as we would our own favorite sweater, blouse or pair of slacks.

We are family owned and operated. The real CEO of the company, our eight year-old Dalmatian, Cassidy, can often be found at one of the stores on Saturdays, overseeing the daily operations! Cassidy’s ten year-old English Springer Spaniel sister, Kelsey, also lends a paw when needed.

A Flexible Environment to Meet Your Diverse Needs: we pride ourselves in being a full service cleaners that is able to meet everyone’s needs. In addition to cleaning your clothing, we offer alteration services, shoe repair, wedding gown preservation and can care for your leather garments. In most circumstances, we can also meet your same-day cleaning needs.

To accommodate your schedule, we open early and stay open late, Monday through Friday, as well as being open on Saturdays. We also have delivery services available to your home or business.
